It is about a girl Sarah played by Tatiana Maslany in the lead role who is an outsider and orphan, which makes her living by hustling people. Coming across a suicide of a look-alike of which she assumes her identity to get her account sweep, after which she discovers a dark conspiracy which changes her life forever.
It is very captivating till the very end and will keep you guessing. The show has also won multiple awards.
Motive:
This is a unique crime drama with the same old crime but a novel way of storytelling where you won’t be guessing like usual who has done it but rather why he has done it? In every episode, you will get to see the action first and later a team of investigators, led by homicide detective Angie Flynn, who tries to solve the puzzle of the mysterious death of the victims by connecting the dots.
This TV series will be very engaging and will take you on a thrilling adventure of uncovering the underlying motive behind the murders, as you will try to establish the connection between the victim, murder and motive.
Working Moms:
Working Moms is a Canadian television sitcom starring Catherine Reitman, Jessalyn Wanlim, Dani Kind and Juno Rinaldi. The series follows a hilarious and yet inspiring life of a welcoming PR executive Kate with her longtime friend which is down to do business psychiatrist Anne. The fun begins when they start attending a judgmental mommies group, mingling with meek IT tech Jenny and real estate agent Frankie a blind optimistic. The four develop a strong bond sharing their struggles of urban motherhood filled with daily life hassles like toddlers, tantrums to issues that of career and identity changes. While dealing with it all in their quest to attain a sense of self.
Saving Hope:
Saving Hope is a Canadian supernatural medical drama starring Erica Durance and Michael Hanks, and if you are a big fan of Grey’s Anatomy this is a show for you. The show is set in a fictional hospital Hope Zion Hospital which is located in Toronto. The series revolves around the lives of the doctors and nurses. The supernatural side kicks in when the chief of surgery’s spirit wanders the hospital, who is shown in a coma at the beginning of the show.
Continuum:
Continuum is a bewitching Vancouver based science-fiction police drama series starring Rachel Nichols, an American cop and a group of Rebels. Kiera who is a cop is sent back in time from 2077 to 2012 which is there to stop the Rebels which escaped their execution and traveled back in time to change the course of history by taking down the corporations that are set to rule the world in her very future. She teams up with a young tech guy Alec Sadler and Vancouver Police Department to stop the rebels from changing the course of time forever.
